Kildangan, south of Cherryville Jnc on the Dublin-Waterford line, is one of the small wayside stations built by the GSWR in the 1840s. The station, which is single story built and located on the up side of the line, had only one platform. It closed in 1962. The station, now a private residence, is very much concealed by trees and shrubs. |
